Our beef is the star of the show—prime Alberta beef seasoned with a coarse cracked-pepper rub and Slowly cooked to perfection The Build: Each bun is toasted with a brush of garlic butter to provide a sturdy base for a generous, towering pile of succulent, hand-sliced beef. The Finish: Drizzled with our Sweet and Tangy Prairie BBQ sauce—a recipe that balances a sharp vinegary tang with a sweet molasses finish—and topped with a refreshing, zesty cabbage slaw for that satisfying "crunch" in every bite.
